SHIPPING:

At Natural Spa Day we are proud to bring you the finest natural, organic, chemical-free and cruelty-free spa, bath and body products from around the world. Because our products are shipped from different locations, there is no single standard shipping policy that applies site-wide. Therefore, you will find shipping information for each individual item located at the bottom of each product information/order page.

Most orders are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, via UPS, USPS or Airmail.

Currently we can ship standard delivery only to physical addresses in the United States – no PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please contact us for price quotes on expedited or international shipping. Though these methods are not available for all products, we will be happy to do our best to get you the items you need.



RETURNS:


Due to the nature of our spa, bath and body products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your items are damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for return authorization/item replacement. Shipping costs will not be refunded in any case, but replacement items will be shipped free of charge.
